The Team
Noam Pa’il, CEO
Noam brings with him more than 20 years of commercial experience in the IT industry, out of which 15 years in the international arena. Before joining Rascal as CEO, Noam held various senior business positions: Sales Director at ARX IT security company, VP bus-dev & sales at V-secure, CEO at Cobrador IT security start up and European Sales Director at Magic Software Enterprise. Noam holds an Industrial Engineering & Management B.Sc. degree major in marketing from Farleigh Dickinson University in USA.
Dr. Shlomit Pinter, CTO
Shlomit has vast experience working with computing systems, as a specialist in compiler technology and security protocols, and acting as both a project manager and developer. She is a prime innovator in various areas of computing systems, authoring and co-authoring 12 patents and over 25 research papers published in international journals and conference proceedings. Shlomit worked as a Research Staff Member at the Haifa IBM Research Lab., achieving several Invention Achievement Awards. Prior to her work at IBM, Shlomit was a faculty member with the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Technion for 12 years, a visiting scholar at Stanford and Yale Universities during two sabbatical years, a Research Specialist with the Laboratory for Computer Science at MIT for 4 years, and a Visiting Consultant with the Mathematics Research Center, AT&T Bell Labs, Murray Hill. Shlomit holds a B.Sc. Cum Laude and an M.Sc. from the Technion, and a Ph.D. from Boston University, Boston, MA, all in Computer Science.
Yaron Bodowski, Lead Engineer
Yaron possesses vast experience in the fields of IT reverse engineering and software security.
Yaron is a graduate of ARAM, the most advanced computer course for soldiers in the IDF's Intelligence Unit, and a recipient of the unit's most honorable award: "Makor Haim".
